68ji Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 68ji ("68ji", "we", "us", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the 68ji online gaming platform accessible at 68ji.app and all associated mobile, web, and software applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Access to and use of the 68ji Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on 68ji. This requirement is in accordance with the age restrictions prescribed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 68ji, or an immediate family member or household member of such persons.
• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one registered account on the 68ji Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

68ji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by 68ji may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access real-money gaming services on 68ji, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid payment method for identity and transaction purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your 68ji account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify 68ji support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

68ji employs SSL/TLS encryption and industry-standard identity verification protocols to protect registered accounts. However, 68ji accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All transactions on the 68ji Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 68ji supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional terms.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same banking day for requests received before the daily cut-off time.
• Verification: 68ji reserves the right to request identity verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Players must ensure their registered identity details match those on file with their nominated payment method.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Limits may vary by account tier and verification status. Current limits are displayed within the Player's account dashboard.
• No Third-Party Transactions: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

68ji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 68ji accepts no responsibility.

All wagers placed on the 68ji Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category — slots, live dealer casino, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and fish shooting games. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and constitute part of these Terms by incorporation.

• Bets once confirmed and accepted by the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 68ji's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of any disputed wager.
• 68ji reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or in contravention of these Terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all game categories. Attempting to circumvent bet limits through the use of multiple accounts or other means is a prohibited conduct.
• For sports betting, 68ji follows industry-standard settlement rules. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or other extraordinary circumstances, 68ji's sports betting rules — available within the sportsbook interface — shall govern settlement.

68ji offers bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives ("Promotional Offers") to eligible Players from time to time. All Promotional Offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

• A Player may only claim each Promotional Offer once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other promotional offers unless expressly permitted.
• 68ji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Promotional Offer at its sole discretion, with or without notice, subject to any entitlement already crystallised by Player action.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate Promotional Offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play strategies — constitutes prohibited conduct and may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 68ji Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information, including misrepresentation of age or identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other illicit financial activity;
• Sharing account access credentials with any third party;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.

68ji employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Upon detection, 68ji may immediately suspend or terminate the relevant account, void associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

68ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or notification from a recognised responsible gaming body;
• At 68ji's discretion for operational or regulatory reasons.

Upon account closure, any funds legitimately held in a verified account that are not subject to dispute, bonus conditions, or legal hold will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period. Accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may have their balance forfeited.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 68ji support. Self-excluded Players will not be permitted to reopen their account during the elected exclusion period.

68ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 68ji accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 68ji account.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. 68ji will notify you when your session limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all 68ji gaming services. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

For external support, the National Council on Problem Gambling Philippines and PAGCOR's responsible gaming programme provide confidential assistance to individuals affected by problem gambling.

All content on the 68ji Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of 68ji or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without 68ji's express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 68ji's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their 68ji account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

68ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not 68ji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 68ji makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 68ji, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting 68ji support at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

68ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the 68ji Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
